West Virginia odds to win the Albuquerque Regional and advance to the Final 4, 30-1. Pitt has better odds at 15-1 despite being a ninth seed. That is due in large part to Wake being a tougher draw at 11-5 than No.1 Washington 7-2 who Pitt will likely have to go through.
