Killer on a Crane

Carl Edward Roland has been proclaimed the Kiler on a Crane after he climbed aboard the 18-story, yes I said 18 stories, crane after apparently killing his girlfriend. Him being up there has created a spectacle in the Atlanta entertainment district. After continuing to fall asleep police blare sirens to keep him awake and prevent him from falling.
One local georgianian has been holding a giant sign that says, JUMP! YOU IDIOT
