As the college football bowl season approaches kickoff on December 19 at 8pm with the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl, npoc would like to take a look ahead to what awaits Mountaineer fans making the annual trek down south for another 'eers bowl game.
December 29

Drink on the way down to Jacksonville, be it plane, car, train, greyhound (god help you) or with a marching troupe of barefoot natives.
Hit the bars and hit them hard. Set the tone for Jacksonville natives and the few Georgia Tech fans you might see. The bar scene is ours and we will own it for the week.
npoc will be at the Hyatt.
December 30
WVU fan center kicks off in the Hyatt Hotel with interactive stuff and free WVU shit galore. This has been rated as the finest gathering spot for students and alumni out of all the bowl games in the country. Waste no time in getting liquored up because WVU tips off with what should be a top 5 UCONN team all the way back in Morgantown.
The alumni association will have the River City Brewery on lockdown and Eer fans must gather and pray for a miracle to see their basketball team pull of a potential 11-1 start.

The drinking will continue all night and remember, dollar drafts at Hooters with the Gator Bowl patch.
This would be a good day to sneak in a tour of the Budweiser brewery in town.
npoc will be at the Omni.
December 31
I know the game isn't until tomorrow but drink like its today. Gator bowl parade at noon and we must make our presence felt. It is perfectly ok to stop the parade route to take a picture with Jerry West and/or the Budweiser Clydesdales.
The Andrew Jackson statue should be adorned with a pac-man jersey by this point. If its not, take the appropriate actions to fix the situation.
WVU pep rally at 1:30 at the landing, flasks are acceptable at all times.
Gtech pep rally at 5:30 at the landing. Just as important as ours. Cheers for WVU drowning out an ACC schools pep rally are always more impressive at THEIR pep rally.
Stop whining! I know its a 1pm kickoff, I know parking lots open at 8am. WVU fans will make both of these deadlines regardless. So with that in mind, party like i

npoc will probably be sleeping under the St.Johns River bridge
January 1
Gameday, the greatest sports day of the year and we are in the center of it. CBS national cameras, two nationally ranked teams, and three studs on the field at the same time.
We must dominate the tailgate scene and the budwesier tailgate zone. Be sure to stop by the WVU fan center and get some foam hands, we must flood Alltel stadiums faggot ass teal seats

Buy beer and lots of it, I do not want to hear about stadium prices.

Victory celebrations will continue in the parking lot following the game. Remember this will be our FIRST EVER GATOR BOWL win, so fucking party like it.
