2008 College Football Kickoff

College Football Is Here
-Middle Tennessee State, (NT)

When are Troy vs Middle Tennessee State and UTEP vs Buffalo big games? When they open the 2008 College Football Season. Tonight finally, after weeks of tracking point spreads and watching totals fluctuate more than my cholesterol, we are just hours away from kickoff.

Your ESPN games are NC State at South Caroline at 8p.m. with Vanderbilt at Miami (OH) getting started at 730 on ESPNU. FSN is wasting no time getting in on the fun, they are taking advantage of the hot hitting Pirates getting a day off to show Wake Forest at Baylor starting at 8p.m. And then ESPN2 with the night cap of Oregon State at Standford at 9p.m.

That is four televised games! On one Thursday night, thats a good thing.

Back to meaningful sports now

A lot, a lot of line movement with the totals, Buffalo and UTEP dropped from 63.5 to an over/under of 59.5 and Troy and MTSU fell from 56 to 53. BIggest favorite of the night is South Carolina hosting the Wolfpack. They are now favored by 14.5 after opening at -12.

My plays of the night posted later
