From sitting next to a blackout drunk charger fan in the divisional round to projectile vomiting four hours before kickoff of the AFC title game to picking fights with Raven and Stiller fans alike  to having all of the back half of section 525 chanting the last name on my jersey (Beer) this has been the greatest postseason ride of my life

Ward Determined To Play In SuperBowl Tomlin Says

Tuesday, January 20, 2009

Hines Ward will do everything in his power to play in the Super Bowl despite a sprained right knee, coach Mike Tomlin said today.

Ward was at the Steelers headquarters today rehabilitating his knee, which has an MCL sprain. Tomlin said the next week and a half won't be comfortable for him, but that they will "save a seat on the bus" for their star wide receiver.

Also, running back Mewelde Moore and guard Darnell Stapleton have ankle sprains but should be fine for the game, and tackle Max Starks has a knee sprain but will play.
