With Dell tech support, I just talked to a zekster, leo, suzeranty, and yelled at a recorded message over and over again
I could not understand a single world Zekster said
Leo insisted I was in Canada and I responded with no, west Virginia wild and wonderful
Suzeranty put me on hold for 73 minutes
Then finally andy picked up, he knew what he was talking about and spoke english
But suzeranty kept me on hold and while I finally heard a human voice I still heard a recorded message
We solved the problem around 2:19 am EST
